The Wii Fit features an easy-to-understand graphs and charts for you to monitor your daily progress and using your personal profile, you can set your objectives, see your BMI graph results over time, view your Fit credits you have earned and check your Wii Fit Age. You dont have to worry about tracking your daily progress because your personal profile on the game will do that for you thus making it smooth and easy all throughout.

Tip 1: Be Accurate. To be accurate in measuring your weight, you have to place the Wii Fit on a hard and flat surface and use it first thing in the morning. Getting accurate results will motivate you to work hard and aim for your goal over time. Users must follow the instructions provided on the screen. Do not place the board on a carpet next to the TV because carpet is a poor surface that will give you an inaccurate reading.

Tip 2: Be Prepared. Most people avoid the use of their Wii Fit in the first few days because instead of turning on the Wii, they are turning on their T.V. Tip 3: Get real. Your Wii Fit serves as a fitness and weight loss tool. Act as if youre in a fitness class so that you can attain the goal that you desire and bear in mind that your Wii Fit is already a part of your daily routine.

Tip 4: Get Ready. Ensure that your body is ready for the work-out before starting the game so that youll not end up having strains and muscle pulls. You will give up easily if you are already unable to play. Try to warm up first before starting the game.

Tip 5: Go for it! There are many good reasons for you to get motivated in using the Wii Fit. Its like a win-win situation for you because aside from being entertained, you get to exercise your body as well and become physically fit if youre going to make this as your daily routine.
